The neighborhood of Ponce-Davis is one of the most coveted and exclusive non-waterfront enclaves in Miami. Ponce-Davis is technically an area of the city of Miami-Dade county and not it’s own municipality, so it won’t appear on a map. The community is a unique pocket of homes with the grandeur of surrounded Coral Gables, Pinecrest.

The community borders the neighborhood of High Pines on its western edge, Old Cutler Road to the east / Coral Gables to the east and north. Here you’ll find the most beautiful architecture around. Although Ponce-Davis is landlocked, the homes still feature every other luxurious amenity you can find.
